Yes. Our team can coordinate architectural plan preparation, 3D elevation design, and structural engineering drawings as part of the project scope. We work with licensed architects and structural consultants to ensure your plans are ready for BBMP, BDA, or panchayat approvals.
We engage on projects of all sizes — from a single room extension or bathroom renovation, to multi-crore apartment construction. Our process is scaled to match the project scope. Even small residential works receive the same quality supervision and documentation as larger builds.
We can support you with the process — including plan preparation in the correct format, guidance on setback and FAR compliance, and coordination with approved architects for plan submission. However, the approval itself rests with the regulatory authority; we facilitate and advise, not guarantee approval timelines.
For typical residential construction we use M20 grade concrete for slabs and beams, M25 for columns in higher floors, and M30+ for commercial or industrial applications. All aggregates, steel (Fe-500), and cement (OPC/PPC) are sourced from reputed brands with test certificates. We use ready-mix concrete (RMC) for slabs wherever site logistics permit.

This includes terrace waterproofing, bathroom waterproofing, crack repair, re-plastering, repainting, plumbing repair, and full interior renovation.
