Karunakar Kundar is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and the Managing Director & CEO of Ingroinfo Infra Pvt Ltd, with 15+ years of industry experience, including 14+ years in utility billing across water, electricity, oil, and gas sectors. He has strong expertise in utility billing, accounting and revenue management, MDM, CRM, O&M, SCADA, pipeline (Pipe 360), maintenance (MM), and financial/payroll systems, along with spot billing and collection solutions. His additional experience includes water & wastewater management, CCTV/DAM surveillance integration, municipal LED display systems, and civil construction. He has successfully managed large-scale water and electricity (LT & HT) projects across multiple cities in India and delivered several 24x7 water supply and billing projects in Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh. He has also led teams in developing and implementing ERP and web-based accounting and revenue management systems for utility organizations. As Managing Director & CEO, he leads software development, civil construction, and design while driving the company’s overall strategy, leadership, and performance.
